Brought my van in for the first time for a timing belt service. There were unforeseen events that occurred, and both Kevin and the owner were very communicative and was able to help and resolve the issue. Amazing customer service and communication.

This place is one of the only fair, and professional shops around. My wife came with me not too long ago and beat me there by 5 or so minutes. Kevin came out and made sure she was on and did not need anything. They have fixed our F150 with 300,000 miles (probably a dozen times), our 07 suburban countless times, and a few other vehicles throughout the years. They are truly a great shop.

So far so good. 1st mechanic service that is not the dealer. They are lower costs than dealer. Good for my older car maintenance schedule.

As a single woman, I was hesitant on finding and trusting a mechanic. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. They were very straightforward with me and left feeling very satisfied.

East Cobb Auto Care is the absolute best! My car had a minor oil leak that I brought in, and Kevin was extremely attentive and understanding as I explained the issue. The service was extremely quick and the prices were fair and reasonable. I'm so grateful I decided to take my car here and I appreciate how thorough and detailed every conversation I had with Kevin was! I definitely trust this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for quick, honest, and detailed service.
